A Peters' Thanksgiving in Chilliwack

What Thanksgiving would be Thanksgiving without a Turkey. Here's Karen's husband Phil doing the carving honors. David bought a guitar just before Thanksgiving as he's always wanted to try and learn to play a bit. His brother, Darren knows how to play and was showing him a few things on the guitar. One day they'll be able to jam together.
Jennifer, Karen's daughter, is on the left. She's grown up so quickly.
This is Darren's daughter, Selina.

Darren's other daughter, Danielle is the dark haired one. She loves spending time with Uncle David.

Isn't this a lovely picture of David's mother, Roseanne? She's a lovely Memere.
After supper the guys went to a hockey game and us girls all played a game and laughed and had fun.

The next day David, Memere & I met Karen and Sarah at Harrison Hot Springs to see the Sand Castle competiton exhibits. I had never been to a sandcastle display and was very impressed with what I saw.

Even though it was rainy we had a great time.

The next day I went down to the river in Hope and enjoyed the beauty of the area.
