Becky's Graduation from College of New Caledonia

David & I were pleased that we were able to attend Becky's graduation from her Care Aide/Long Term Residence Program. We made a quick trip up to Prince George for the weekend. The ceremonies were held in this large arena. These are all the dignataries saying their little speeches. We were comparing each speaker and giving them a thumbs down if they were long winded in their speech. We came here to see Becky. Go Becky go!!!

Kerry, Carol and the girls attended Becky's grad also. We were pleased that they were able to attend. Afterwards we had a wonderful supper together prepared in Carol's new kitchen.


Now Becky has moved to Ontario to be closer to her boyfriend who is in the army and at Borden, Ontario at present. She drove across Canada all by herself and is settling into her new home and looking for work. She's no longer our little Beckster! Way to go Becky!

Gramma's 75th Birthday Celebration

It was Gramma's 75th Birthday this year. As many family as could came up to Vernon to celebrate it. Elaine and Annie planned some games and my wild and crazy family had a great time with them.

This game is a relay of 2 teams that have to dress in goofy clothes and do a task at the end. Our team had to hit a golf ball into a bucket.

This is Missie finishing off her fashion statement with the oven mitts. Go Missie Go!

The other team had to dress in Granny clothes and write the words "Happy Birthday" with Scrabble letters.
